With over 20 years of experience in coaching physical and mental performance, I have worked with world-class athletes, celebrities, business leaders, and the general public, utilizing a multimodal approach to enhance overall performance. After serving as a special recon lieutenant in the Finnish military, I pursued degrees in nutrition and exercise science at the Vierumäki Sport Institute in Finland.
